Judy helps individuals overcome their obstacles by focusing on their strengths and helps them create a personal path to reach their goals.
She has a certification in case management, which helps her understand the whole person and helps her identify any resources that might be needed. Judy specifically has experience working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship and family issues.
Judy received her master’s degree in social work from the University of Maryland and has several years of experience working with children, families and seniors.
With psychodynamic and strengths based approach within her clinical work, her strong understanding of the developmental needs from childhood to senior-hood provides a foundation for a supportive therapeutic relationship.
