Sometimes life sits heavy on our shoulders. This past year has been especially difficult- isolating, ever changing and transforming “normal” as we knew it. We need support along the way to untie knots, approach new solutions and receive warm support, especially during difficult chapters in life. I am a licensed clinical social worker, specializing in helping individuals find solutions with a supportive, problem solving approach. You can expect that therapy with me will prioritize understanding your individual needs and collaboration.

I have experience in a range of emotional health needs, including anxiety, depression and grief. I have expertise in helping individuals through difficult life adjustments and change. I have a special interest in working on relationship issues, family dynamics and parenting. I am also specialized in prenatal, post partum and other women’s health care needs.

Do you ever struggle with overwhelming, uncomfortable feelings, such as anxiety, frustration or sadness? We can work together on what it means to become independent in regulating the feelings inside of your body. We all want to feel sturdy and in control, let’s explore getting to that place together. Please contact me if you have any questions.
